It has recently been reported that Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water started the #FollowYourFlow campaign for social media. They partnered with Skyscanner in plans to give a winner a roundtrip airfare with a four day ticket costing no more than $1000.
The lucky winner will have the opportunity to travel and enjoy the beautiful Hawaii scenery, amenities and accomodations, and the winning was announced to the lucky winner at the Wanderlust Yoga festival.
The Wanderlust Yoga Festival took place from February 23rd to the 26th of 2017, and it featured yoga instructors, live music, meditation, local and sustainable food, and a guided outdoor adventure. According to Specialty Food, Skyscanner and Waiakea water fans were able to enter the contest by submitting their name, birthdate, and email on the contest paper by January 31st, and the winner was announced on February the 1st.
Found in 2012, Ryan Emmons, the founder, launched this bottled water when he realized that it was something special about the water he and his family drunk in Hawaii in the summer and winter times.
At this company, they are proud to be the US’s first premium bottled water that is certified CarbonNeutral. This bottled water contains various sustainable resources, including 100% RPET bottles with 90% lesser CO2 than the competition and an unique mineral composition and pH.
It is rich with electrolytes, such as magnesium, potassium, sodium, and calcium. They also have 30mg of silica which lends to a silky and soft feeling to the mouth when drinking the water.
And Emmons stated that some studies have shown that drinking water with 10 mg per day of silica will reduce the chance of Alzheimer’s by 11 percent.
